Design & Quotation
Based on your needs, our design team in Suzhou collaborates with engineers in Hebei to tailor a solution for you. You will receive a formal quotation with detailed technical drawings, material specifications, and 3D renderings (if required). All prices and terms are transparent, with no hidden costs.
Contract & Deposit
Upon quotation approval, we sign a formal sales contract. Your project is officially launched upon receipt of the deposit. We assign you a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact and hold an online kick-off meeting to align the production schedule and communication flow.
Production & QC
Your building begins fabrication at our Hebei factory. You can follow the progress via shared real-time updates, photos, and videos. Our QC team conducts strict inspections at critical milestones. You are also welcome to arrange a factory visit at this stage
Shipping & Customs Support
After completion and a final assembly check, your order is professionally packed for safe shipping. We handle international freight from the Chinese port and provide all necessary customs documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.), offering full support for smooth customs cleara
After-Sales & Support
Upon arrival, we provide detailed installation manuals and remote support. We conclude with a satisfaction review and deliver a digital project portfolio. We value long-term partnerships and remain available for your future expansion or maintenance inquiries.

What types of prefabricated houses do you primarily manufacture?
We specialize in providing customized prefabricated building solutions. Our main products include mining camp units, site offices & labor accommodations, holiday villas & tourist lodges, emergency shelters, and modular commercial facilities. All products can be deeply customized in size, layout, and materials to meet your specific requirements.
What payment methods do you accept? What is the payment process?
We use secure and standard international payment terms. The most common is T/T bank transfer, with a split of 30% deposit upon contract signing and 70% balance before shipment. Production commences immediately upon receipt of your deposit.
Are you a factory or a trading company? How do you differ from other suppliers?
We are a professional solution provider integrating design and trade. Our unique model combines an international project management and client service team in Suzhou with a strategic manufacturing base in Hebei.
